Photograph fabulous scenery and learn the art of using natural light to do portraits while traveling to Iceland and the northern part of England.
Stuart Rabinowitz, director of World Horizons, will lead this trip and instruct participants in many aspects of photography. Stuart studied photography in England and at Rochester Institute of Technology, and operated a commercial photography studio in Connecticut from 1975-2002. He also taught photography at art and private secondary schools in Connecticut.
We will stay in Reykjavik and spend a few days travelling the "Golden Circle", visiting the glaciers and swimming in the Blue Lagoon, as well as photographing the other worldly scenery. We will then fly on to England and visit the County of Yorkshire in the northern part of England. Here we will visit York Minster in the Roman City of York, the Yorkshire Moors, and then venture to the east coast to visit Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby and Scarborough.
